Youth for Ukraine

Youth for Ukraine works in various humanitarian
projects in conjunction with the Ukrainian Red Cross, City and
Regional Administrations, the Ukrainian Ministry of Education,
and the United Nations Chernobyl Project.
Youth for Ukraine provides training to
youth and youth-at-risk, as well as underprivileged
individuals by providing assistance to orphanages,
single mothers, low-income families, and the handicapped.
Among their programs:
-
-
Seminars for prison personnel to bolster their
work with young delinquents;
-
Anti-drug programs;
-
Volunteer training programs, which train young
people to assist in the above tasks, via musical concerts; mini-seminars
on the topics of human relations, communication, leadership,
etc.; group discussions on topics such as drug addiction, alcoholism,
violence, crime prevention, etc
